I can now say I'm officially a fan...For the first time in my entire life I went to the Amakhosi Village (Naturena). I saw the boys hard at work today (Thursday) ahead of their Vodacom Challenge game against Man United.."they are going to trash those English boys"...!!
I grew supporting the mighty Amakhosi but had only seen most of them on TV and at some games I had gone to...but this...is totally awesome for me as I got to rub shoulders with "guys that frustrate me when they loose"....!! WOW..the joy's of being a sports journalist...

I envy you Journo... That must have felt great. Although the English boys made a meal of Amakhosi, I love the effort they gave even holding them to a 1 all draw in their first match which is more than I can say for iBhakabhaka. The Vodacom Challenge is all about the Derby and Chiefs took that one so you must be happy. I am a ManU fan but when playing against Chiefs my Home team comes first!
There has been a lot of talk about how there were so many ManU supporters at the final at Loftus this weekend...I say our local teams need our support.
